One of the companies that ghost their candidates after their interview - it’s even worse when the ghosting comes from HR themselves (they should really know the basics). It also felt that the interviewer was following a set of questions and not really focusing on my answers as some of the questions where already answered in my previous answers. Felt unprofessional and that the interviewer didn’t listen
