The interview process was unprofessional and drawn out over several months. I was encouraged to wait for several follow-up interview meetings that were canceled, rescheduled, and postponed several times. All the while, the HR representative assured me that the company was still very much interested. Out of the blue, this same HR representative called me to indicate that they'd hired internally for the role, giving the position to a candidate who was not in the running until that same week. I was stunned because of all the hoops I'd jumped through and the effort and time spent following up and confirming our mutual interest. I landed in a far better role elsewhere, but I do feel the need to warn others who may be considering a role at this company.
