Very easy process I did a phone screen then in house interview. It lasted about 20 minutes no pressure...then was given the job offer. Just be yourself and have confidence.

The operations interview was more about incorporating your job experiences into the offered role and also a lot of behavioral questions like what if your Supervisor asked you to do an urgent task, what would you do? The client interview was about testing your communications skills if they will fit the position. Here is where you need to brag about your achievements and skills.
