basic STAR questions with a recruiter followed by a mandatory IQ test through a third party who passes results along to mysterious hiring managers. They really drag you for an unnecessary amount of time for no apparent reason. Something about a company requiring applicants to take an IQ test just feels weird, especially in 2023.
