Really poor interview process. Applied for one position that they didn’t interview me for and interviewed me for 2 other positions. Learned nothing of why I would want the job in those two interviews. Disappointing.

There were 5 rounds of interviews -15 minute screening with recruiter -about an hour with the hiring manager -about an hour with the up level chief officer -a case study that was 2-3 hours -an onsite that was 3+ hours with the owner, skip level boss, a peer, and boss.
