Recruiter reached out for the role of AVP/AI/ML Quant position. Not sure if they had a specific role in mind or just wanted to test waters. Two phone rounds with the hiring manager who was only asking some very specific questions about machine learning.

The hiring interview were in 3 stages.
1) Recruiter calling and understanding the resume and if you are fitting the requirements and passing the resume to the hiring manager
2) Face to face with the hiring manager on day 1
3) After few days you get a call back and have back to back interviews with senior management- VP , SVP and MD
