I applied at the end of 2015. The following day I received a phone call and an email regarding next steps and a separate email with a disclosure form to sign and return. The next morning I was emailed several assessment tests that I had 7 days to complete. Upon completing the tests I received notification of my competitive screening results. A week later an interview was scheduled for almost a month out. At the interview first current team members spoke to the candidates regarding the position and what a typical day is like. Next I was interviewed by two managers. The interview was consistent with what I read prior on Glassdoor. The questions were very straight forward asking you to detail your experience and how you handle or have handled different scenarios on the job. I was told at the conclusion I would hear something in 7 to 10 business days. I received a contingent job offer 3 weeks later and a final offer two weeks after that upon successful completion of my background check and drug screen.

The process took about six weeks. First, there was a self recorded video interview to predetermined questions and once completed it would be reviewed. Then a call with the recruiter was the final step.
