Filled out paper application, was called in for a 1:1 interview at a Starbucks store within a week. Was asked various questions.... Why would you like to work here? How do you work with other people? Give me an example of a sitatuation where you had to help someone? etc.. Interview was very conversational.

Tell me about a situation where you had to help someone who didn't know what they were doing?
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.

After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.

What's a difficult customer interaction you've had?
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
