Entrevista
Two interviews are required, usually by the manager and the assistant manager. Customers service is more important than coffee knowledge. I know one manager was impressed when told that "getting it right was more important than speed." They will also ask why you want to work at Starbucks. This question is to discern if you really have an interest in the coffee business. Again, knowledge isn't as important as interest.

Tell me about a time you had to deal with an angry/upset customer.
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback. We appreciate your input and are happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed the interview process here at Starbucks.
it was great. I answered every question thoughtfully and easily. You have to have two interviews, one with the manager and one with the district manager. It is a in person interview. They ask many questions and will either hire you on the spot or you will have to call to see if you get the position.
