Solicité el puesto a través de la recomendación de un empleado. El proceso duró 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Starbucks (San Francisco, CA) en sept 2010
Entrevista
I have interviewed at 3 different Starbucks locations and i feel that they were all very casual. I would put in an online application for stores i know were hiring. Then i would call and check in on my application and also go in with my resume and try to speak with the manager and introduce myself. When i finally got my interview scheduled, it was very casual and so this made me less nervous. At all 3 locations the interviews were very casual. They ask pretty standard questions like
1. Why this company
2. Give me an example of a time you went above and beyond?
3. An example of a time you showed leadership
4. An example of a time where you had to deal with a difficult customer
Preguntas de entrevista [1]
Pregunta 1
Name a specific time when you went above and beyond for a customer.
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback. We appreciate your input and are happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed the interview process here at Starbucks.
it was great. I answered every question thoughtfully and easily. You have to have two interviews, one with the manager and one with the district manager. It is a in person interview. They ask many questions and will either hire you on the spot or you will have to call to see if you get the position.
