One on one interview with the general manager of the store within the store. He alone was asking the questions and since working for them I know he is sent the CV's which have been shortlisted by HQ.

All I remember was that they were competency based questions, with my knowledge and experience on an interview panel I would say they were based off of the job description.
when i arrived there, the manager was very nice and welcoming and it went very smoothly,i arrived on time and i was early to the interview.He also asked me questions like my availability, my schooling, what made me interested in working with staples and what i hope to achieve in the long run
The interview was very informative and well conducted. The time spent was appropriate and the questions were consistent with my experience at other interviews. The person conducting the interview was professional

Why are you interested in changing industries an why are you interested in this particular position?
Simple and easy, encouraged for part-time jobs and with a good team enviornment. flexible schedule as well helped with part-time university/school schedules. It was a good experience and reccomended for retail opportunities
