I applied online, got a phone call 2 days later to schedule an interview. The first interview was with the local store general manager. The interview was easy, and he said to wait for a phone call from him if for a second interview. 5-6 days later the call came in and I went to a second one two days after. The interviewer is the sales manager, and the questions are mostly with sales and customer service. He said GM will make a phone call, maybe tomorrow. And one day after I got it and he offered the job following an offer email.
