There were 3 steps to this interview process. The first was just your generic phone screening interview. Then you go for an in person interview with the area manager. There they just ask you why you want to work there and ask you some questions about your experience. They are mostly trying to get to know you. The last interview is a presentation. You create a presentation about the company and why you are a good fit of the position. The rest of that interview is them asking you tougher questions and trying to make sure that you are a good fit for this company.

First contact was with a recruiter who scheduled a 20 minute phone conversation. We went over the basics of the job and he made sure that I was up for the challenge of making 75 calls a day in the beginning. He explained to me that they are looking for energetic people who are interested in a fast paced sales environment. Next I am setting up a 45 minute webcam conversation with a program coordinator who contacted me a day later via email.
