Brief and concise questioning. Panel of management pursuing talent acquisition from the acquisition of my previous company. They set the expectations and were deliberate in their format. An offer was made and explained with clarity on any points in question. It also was a direct introduction to the management to whom I would report. This allowed me to assess them as well as they me.
The interview for the customer support position at Staples was straightforward and professional. The interviewer asked about my customer service experience and how I handle difficult customers and multitasking. It was conversational and focused on real customer support scenarios.

How would you handle an upset or frustrated customer?
Very fair process. They ask routine questions and have a multi step interview process. Everyone is met with was awesome. Definitely need to show up prepared and ask engaging questions
It is quite difficult to get in the job. Solid experiences are required. More asking on enterprise-level tasks, and heavy daily duty required. I do recommend to try this positon if available,
