Was contacted by the internal recruiter, who quickly scheduled the interview (phone scanning), up to that point, it was a good experience. However, the phone scanning itself was a terrible experience. From the start it felt like the recruiter was in a rush, and it was like that throughout the duration of the interview, it felt really weird and was very off putting.

Interview experience was great. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. The onsite interview process took 3-4 hours and it includes technical questions (SQL) and behavior questions. There's also a take home quiz and some materials related to programmatic advertising to read and study on.
