I was interviewed by a former Resident Assistant and a coordinator. It was a bit intimidating but since the position requires a person who is not afraid to confront their peers I understand why it is done in this manner. The Resident Assistant who interview me was a senior female. She did not smile much and got right down to business. The coordinator was also a tough cookie who did not really smile either.
