Set up over phone and met with interviewer on site. Was 20 minutes in length. I was given a chance to ask any question. I was given a good description of what the job entailed.

I applied on a Friday and got called Monday to set up the interview. Interview came and I got a tour of the facility and was able to shadow a PCA for an hour. The hiring manager told me to follow up early that following week. I did and no one returned my calls or emails. A rejection would have been better.
