Now its a standardize interview format online and then mves to in person to meet with sales directrs and managers. Then moves to culture and skills tests. Not too bad at all.

Straight forward, informative, and very direct. Every time I had to inform them of my next steps they made sure they kept me updated on what to expect. They made sure I would be able to do everything they needed to keep the job.

I recieved a Phone call that was essentially a basic screening interview. I was then asked to do another phone interview. After some basic questions asking about sales I was asked if I wold be willing to get my license before I began work. I told them sure. And they offered me the position.
