This was a pleasant process. The initial interview is done via telephone with Paige. She was extremely kind and the point of this interview is to determine whether or not it would be worth moving forward, for both the company and the applicant. If you are energetic and have qualifications that make sense for the available position, there is a good chance to move forward. The next interview is face to face with a sales manager. I personally interviewed with Lauren and it was a fantastic interview. They explain what the sales environment is like, ask about previous experience, and then try to get to know you on a personal level so that they can understand who you are and what kind of employee you would be. The culture became extremely evident in this interview, and it is a wonderful place to be. There is a third interview and it is with someone from upper management. I interviewed with the COO, and it was the most interesting interview I have ever had. Be certain about who you are, what your values are, and be sure to listen closely to the questions that are being asked. All in all, this was the best recruitment process I have ever been a part of.

The interview process consisted first of a phone interview. Then, for the second interview, there was a virtual question and answer interview where I was given a specific time I to answer their question. The third and final interview was a one-to-one interview with a sales manager.
