Went through 4 rounds of interviews over almost 1.5 months only for the hiring team to tell me, after the final round, that my background did not actually align with the requirements of the job they had been interviewing me for all that time. I felt that my time was incredibly disrespected over something they could have easily determined just based on looking at my resume for 30 seconds.
