Applied online and got invited to an interview at the store. Manager was texting on his phone at the beginning and didn't look professional at all. Interview lasted about 5 minutes for me and the candidate before me, even though the email said half an hour or something. The question sheet only had a few questions and we're all basic. He said he couldn't ask me most of them because I had no experience. When the interview was over he went straight back on his phone, walked me out whilst texting again.

It was easy. Was asked some question about myself then about some past work history and if I would be willing to work in a fast paced environment. I was given a question to sell subscriptions and add-ons in live scenario
Casual chat, simple, nothing difficult, straightforward questions, mainly wanting someone with good availability, good team player, flexible, enthusiastic, outgoing and a people's person.
Very relaxed, chilled and jokey overall experience.
