Had two interviews. One was initial phone interview asking about my background and standard questions. Second was over zoom with the manager of the region. It had lasted about an hour and a half. Asked a lot of questions but also talked a lot in between questions just discussing both our experiences in certain situations. Overall it went well and was more casual then anything. I did not get a third interview.
