One interview with a 3rd party recruiter, then 1 interview with department head. Department head asked insightful questions about my portfolio. We reviewed my portfolio together and he agreed questions about each piece.

Describe the design decisions you made for this portfolio piece
Interview process was quick and easy. I only made it to the second step of the interview process; however, they accurately described the interview process and received feedback in a timely manner.

What is your favorite learning experience that you have created?
1st interview - Video questions that you could record on your own time with a couple chances to re-record. 2nd interview- Task relevant to the job 3rd interview- In person, go over the task you completed and then create a mock training on the spot (with some time to prepare) and present to interviewers

Entrevista
The whole process took three interviews, from the recruiter, to the position managers, and then the department management. Final interview included department head and the position managers. Total process took about one month.
