I talked to a recruiter from Spectrum named Tammy through a chat on their live event. It was great with questions of customer service experience. Next she sent an email for me to fill out an application and to complete the assessments. Next day we had an over the phone interview with your standard questions of an interview. Then finally Monday I had a video chat with a supervisor. It wasnt difficult at all, just alot of nerves of course.
First round was on the phone. Second round in person. Haven't heard back yet, but it was just today. So i am still waiting to hear back. They were very friendly actually. So just waiting to hear back.

It was great. Easy. Jsut asked a few questions like what would I do if an angry customer calls and have I ever worked somewhere where another employee and I disagreed on something and how did we resolve it.
It was smooth and you know if they like you on the spot so right after interview you get the ball rolling on paper work ro start training.All just be polite and answer the questions.
