Had 2 interviews, very thorough, built good rapport on both ends. I honestly can't think of anyone that would be more qualified for the position than me. Was told there would be a 3rd interview with a few higher ups and was ghosted for lack of a better term. I reached out a few times for a follow up and was blatantly ignored. Leaving that 2nd interview, I was asked "so you can't wait to work at Spectrum, right?!" - shame on spectrum. Their loss, not mine.
