I recently applied to this position with this employer after working for a local hospital as a Pharmacy Technician. My interviews were all held over the phone. None in person. I applied and took the assessment the same day. The next day I was contacted for a quick phone interview by a recruiter which took approximately 15-20 minutes. After passing and going over my previous work experiences, I was able to schedule my next and final interview with the hiring manager. After my final interview (30 minutes), I was contacted by the recruiter the same day.

First round was on the phone. Second round in person. Haven't heard back yet, but it was just today. So i am still waiting to hear back. They were very friendly actually. So just waiting to hear back.

It was great. Easy. Jsut asked a few questions like what would I do if an angry customer calls and have I ever worked somewhere where another employee and I disagreed on something and how did we resolve it.
It was smooth and you know if they like you on the spot so right after interview you get the ball rolling on paper work ro start training.All just be polite and answer the questions.
