I completed the job application on their website. Within 15 minutes you will be emailed an assessment. You will have 48 hours to complete that. If you do well on the assessment, a recruiter from the company will reach out to you for an phone interview. During the phone interview , you will be given some information about the job ,hours ,pay, etc. Then you will be asked about your work history etc and some behavior interview questions. If the recruiter thinks you’ll a good fit , then you’ll come in for a face to face interview with a Supervisor and Hiring manger or two hiring managers. They will ask you to arrive early and bring two resumes with you. Once you arrive for the interview, you will check at the security desk. You will be ask to be seated and wait for the recruiter. Once the recruiter comes to the group, you will go upstairs for the interview. The rooms are actually on the floor, so while you wait to be call you can watch and listen to the agents take calls. After you have your interview you are seated back out in the waiting area... then you tour spectrum.... you should receive feedback back within a few days..3 days

Recorded videos through HireView, then a two-on-one interview over video. Classic behavioral questions that relate to the position and an explanation of what they do at Spectrum Reach and in the position.
Easy, very direct and detailed. Easy to understand and communicate points across to the recruiting managers. Instructions on how to do the job was very detailed and outlined in a syllabus form document.

The hiring process went very well. Ryan was my recruiter and was thorough and prompt in responses. After interviewing with Ryan I interviewed with Sabrina one of the managers. Her and I connected on many levels and she continued to push me to go higher within the company.
