I was impressed with lengths everyone went through to thoroughly explain the needs and requirements the position entails. I got the sense that many people went in with unexpressed/unrealistic expectations. The interviews were thorough and each interviewer expressed reservations about what it takes to be successful in the position as I am extremely extroverted and introverts tend to gravitate towards the position. I didn’t take this negatively, it fits with thorough interview process. I’ve been through several of these multi step interviews over the course of my career and the speed with which we went through each step was slightly shocking. I was offered the position within an hour after finishing the final panel interview. I would say this is more of the exception to the rule based on local needs in the metroplex. Overall it was a pleasant experience. My advice to any potential candidates is to do your research on the company and make sure that you also interview the company representatives in turn. I think I caught them off guard by asking in depth questions that moved past salary and benefits. Ask about education, growth, and future opportunities.

I applied online was called about 3-4 weeks later. I was interviewed for one position then offered a different position and interviewed for that. I was so confused as to which I was being interviewed for during the 2 interviews and I don't think the entire interview group was on the same page either as to which it was. They asked typical interview questions. Be sure to ask about pay, and what will come out of your pocket to do the job. Also ask for hidden requirements like the AMOUNT of insurance you are required to have. I believe it is $100k for yourself and $300k for liability. It's alot. The hard part was just that you had to do more than one interview. If 6 people are in the room interviewing you you'd think they'd be able to ask the right questions and make a decision decisively.
