I had 4 interviews with this company in total. The initial one was with the recruiter and then I had three more with Spartan’s staff. After my third interview I was told that I would proceed to the final interview with the CEO. However, I didn’t hear back from them again. Some advice: - Be professional and follow up with candidates despite your decision, especially if a candidate went through a multiple rounds of interviews; - Provide feedback; - Ensure you have experienced and knowledgeable staff conducting interviews.
