After applying online to a position with one of their clients, I was immediately contacted within 24 hours. I had a brief phone interview which lead to an in person interview the same day. The phone call took approximately 15 minutes and we discussed my skills and resume and went over typical interview questions. I was also told to bring ID and a voided check for direct deposit. I was also instructed to fill out the online application before coming in. The online application would not let me log in. So I emailed them back, but never received a response, so I waited to go to the in person interview. Once in the office for the in person interview portion, they told me their computer system was down and I would have to fill out the application by hand and paper. So I filled out the paperwork including the application, tax forms, and direct deposit. After that, I sat with one of the recruiters and discussed the position I applied for, went over my resume (again), and asked me basically the same questions I already answered by phone. They even instructed me to explain my resume as if the phone interview never happened. (WHY?) After everything was done, they told me they would be in contact in the next few days. A few days went by with no response. So I emailed, no response. I then called the office and spoke to the recruiter that interviewed me both by phone and in person. She responded that I needed to go online and fill out the application since the computers were now up and running again. Im thinking "Now wait a minute.....isn't that why I filled them out on paper instead while I was there? Why would I have to do it AGAIN online?" So I filled it out AGAIN, online. They said they would contact me once that was submitted and we would go from there. Once again, no response. I called and they said they were still "processing" my application and I would hear something by the end of the next day. Next day came and went. No response. So I called, AGAIN. "We're still processing your application. You should hear something from us by the end of this week." Guess what?! NO RESPONSE. I have emailed and called with nothing. I have worked with other "temp" agencies and or staffing agencies. When they process your direct deposit, that USUALLY means the position you applied for is yours and you were placed in that position fairly quickly. I guess that's not the case here. Even if I didn't get the position, a simple phone call or email would have been nice so I didn't waste precious time waiting for a reply where I could have been seeking for work elsewhere. Isn't that one of the main reasons people use these type of places is because they struggle to find work on their own? I am extremely disappointed with this company and will most likely never use them again in the future. I am not sure how the experience is with their other offices, but the Chantilly, VA location was the pits. It is now 1 MONTH LATER, and guess what? NO RESPONSE AT ALL.
