They start off with a phone interviews, they are a hard 30 min phone call, they will practically hang up on you at the 30 min mark. Be prepared to summarize several projects, work history, random questions all in the 30 min call. Do not ask any questions about company culture as this will lead to automatic rejection. Definitely went into this thinking that I would be asked more about my experience and more technical questions to prove my experience instead it felt more like cultural based.
