Hey there. I wanted to start off by apologizing on your experience and feeling neglected. That is never our goal, nor a representation of our company culture. This was an oversight on my end, and I am very sorry about that. Candidate experience is something that I take very, very seriously. I am keenly aware of how often recruiting, as an industry, is criticized for not giving feedback to candidates, and I strive to make sure that we are the exception. As the head of global talent, I spend a substantial amount of time talking to my teams around the world about the importance of timely follow up. That is something that applies to all our roles, not just the senior ones. We have automated processes where we can, but there are circumstances where automaton is not the best way to provide information. That is where mistakes can happen, as it did here.
