I received a call briefly asking questions such as "do you have any customer sales experience?" It was a very pleasant conversation ending with a request to send a resume to them. Was sent an e-mail to set up a day to interview with one of the managers. The front desk was unorganized and didn't seem to know why I had come in. But, once getting interviewed, the manager was very nice and gave me two options of becoming in the customer relations role (which was just survey calls) or becoming part of the sales team. I spoke to a woman who was in charge of doing the survey calls. She was very nice as well and gave me a play by play of what exactly she deals with her duties. Then I spoke to the sales manager who briefly talked to me about the duties of the salesman and the other salespeople. He then told me the internship of sales which they would basically teach me how to become an efficient salesperson.
