Had to take a test at the corporate office and then interview at the local branch. I interviewed twice in six months because the first person they hired didn’t work apparently. The interview consisted of normal interview questions with absolutely zero feedback on my answers.

Extremely difficult. Talent Acquisition called me a different name. Scheduling testing and interview was complicated. Would not apply again. Hopefully someone will revamp the testing and the way they conduct their interviews.

You would need to take two tests before you jumped into the "real" interview. Process wasn't take too long but not short neither. They would provide study guide for you to take the tests. Interview itself was okay. But it needs some answering skills.
