Easy and quick initial interview. There were a lot of candidates in the room applying for the same position which was unnerving. During the interview they really tried to inform what the company does / the training it would provide. It was less about me and more about understanding what the company does. I spoke less than the person interviewing me.

Formal discussion and it has 3 stages. The first stage is a formal talk and the second is in the field of business with one of the senior members of the team. Third stage is determining whether you are what they are looking for.
