I found the interview process to be unprofessional. After applying online, I quickly received an email within a few days to schedule a phone screen. It quickly became apparent that the recruiter did not read my resume before the call and was primarily me explaining my job history and qualifications. The reciter ended the call saying that she'll talk with the hiring manager and follow up either way. After that, I was ghosted and left wondering two months later what their final result was. Obviously, I did not get the job. However, based on other's experience it seems common for them to "ghost" you.
