Took over two months to give an offer, but hiring manager was very involved, did not have to deal with HR. Overall a good interview experience, albeit a bit long. First couple of rounds was with the team manager, followed by a technical exercise, discussion and an all-day interview. Offer was made shortly after on-site interview.
