Decent interview process. Be able to speak on past projects and explain how you came to different solutions. Talked about the job description and asked if I had any questions for them.

Attended a info session on campus and networked, put in an application including three short answer questions, then was invited to the second stage of submitting a video to tell them about yourself, then did a webcam interview before finally being invited to the on site interview where we interviewed with four to five people throughout the day and had to give a presentation. It was crazy nice, they balled out and gave us a tour of the office too. It was just really too bad that they made it out to have the ability to hire everyone they liked but in reality they overestimated their budget and left a bunch of us hanging on whether or not we actually got the position. Turns out we didn't and they didn't follow up to confirm after I spent a great deal of time and effort working on this whole lengthy process. They didn't really know what they wanted so I didn't know exactly what to say during the final interview because I didn't have an actual position to form my answers around.
