Coudn't agree more. They don't tell you who will be added in the interview and that person is eyeing you like you are going to cheat in real time. They also tell you that you have to explain psuedocode in either of 3 languages but then don't give you a choice and you have to tell them to code and not explain which is conflicting and misleading.
