The number of people actually in the office are minimal since they are out in the field with clients. I was contacted initially by email, followed by a phone call to schedule the one-on-one. The in-person interview lasted 45 minutes and the process I would consider it "typical". The following day I had received a call from a consultant in the field and someone from Sales to discuss my background and the upcoming client engagement.
