Relaxed two interviews, first with HR and hiring Manager, then with Hiring Manager and Business Lead. Afterwards only 2 reference calls/surveys. Quite fast process. Interviews to offer took less than 2 weeks.
Whole interview process was short and streamlined. I would have hoped to get more info about the interview timelines during the whole process though. However, overall i would say the process was lighter than i was used and expected
