Walked in with resume, walked with manager around store to outline experiences on resume related to job. Told to come in following week to fill out application and bank information to start job immediately
Applied in store and was called in a little over a week later to have an interview with the department manager and later the store owner. Interviews were both brief and straight forward.
Went quicker than normal. Wasn’t asked a lot of questions, so it didn’t feel overwhelming at all. Went okay, the person was very nice, it was just a quick interview.
Overall smooth process, was hired quickly because understaffed. Fewer hours than i needed but that was communicated during the interview so it wasnt a surprise. Had other retail experience but nothing elsd
