Short process. Interview for tecnical and non technical questions. Basic knowledge about electronics and computer science. Pretty easy to crack the interview. Impress the employer by giving examples to technical questions asked. Go neatly dressed. They test your communication skills along with technical knowledge. Clear communication skills and basic concepts are must.
