This was the best interview process I have ever experienced! Snapdocs saw rapid growth during 2020 and 2021, but I never felt like just another number. They set and managed my expectations throughout the interview cycle and it ended in an offer I was happy to accept. The steps included discussions with the recruiter and hiring manager and then a collaborative session with members of the team. I am usually wary of doing design work during an interview, but it was more of a working session to see how we could work together and did not require me to turn over files or work on anything related to their product.
