I was texted to participate in an automated text "chat" around 9:30pm at night. Questions about availability and salary expectations. I was then asked to do a HireVue one-sided video interview, where I had to record my answers. A disorganized recruiter called me a couple of days later to say she had reviewed my video and would be passing it along to the manager. I was ghosted after that.
