I applied for the position of software engineer. I was informed that I would have to go through a written test and then the face to face interviews. The written test was one of the toughest test I have written till date. They make sure they filter only the best for their organisation. Once I got through the written test I was called for a technical round the next day and an HR round after that. Finally had a F2F with the CEO. They require information of previous employer for reference check and here again they take it very seriously
