First interview was with the Community Manager, That is where you will know what Business Unit you will be assigned to. Then next would be with the Center Head/AVP, Manager, and Supervisor.

They had us write at least a 5 minute presentation to describe ourselves like skills, interests, and general expectations with the company. Instructions was not to make it like we're reading a script but make it interesting. Great introduction to what is the vibe and the culture of the environment with the bosses

What do you expect you'll learn towards the end of your experience as an OJT here?
Common hr interview questions. It lasted for about an hour. Interviewer is not intimidating and can handle conversation well. No technical questions just enumerate your activities. Focus on your leadership skills.
