Very lengthy and in depth, had to wait over 2 months after the drug test and interviers saying yes to get the job. It is lengthy but well worth it

Had nothing to do with technical ability. I felt like they just wanted to hire somebody . I asked about training and they were very vague with their answer. I was told that there is advancement but when I asked about management training and if any techs were ever made managers he was unsure.
