First interview with two team managers. Successfully invited back for a second interview with head of department and team manger. Very welcoming and friendly people. Was put off by the fact that felt it necessary to keep saying “we’re very picky who we hire” my feedback would be it’s nerve wracking enough and with let’s of competition for posts it hindered my experience. Not what I expected from a company that bases itself on improving self belief and confidence.
