Two 3-4 hour sessions with Practice Area Director, Practice Area Lead, Solution Principal, and COO. First 2 hour session was informal asking about my experience project managing implementations, my values, and my agile experience. Second interview was focused more on my skillset and past experiences.

Entrevista
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
